For the plugin “ISMS for Confluence” offered by us, the following additional processing activities apply:
As part of contract execution, we collect company data and the contact details of a related contact person upon your request for contract initiation and fulfillment, and create a customer account for the contact person (Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 b) GDPR). The data collected is evident in the respective input form. As part of support requests, we collect the contact details provided by you with your consent and create a customer account (Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 a) GDPR). A correction or deletion of contact details and customer accounts is possible at any time, provided that legal retention obligations do not prevent deletion. The correction or deletion of company data is possible at any time, provided that the necessity for contract fulfillment, the preservation of legal claims, or legal retention obligations do not prevent deletion. The license key contains the name and location of your company as well as the ID of your Confluence server instance as information. Contact Form
Using our contact form, you provide us with your personal data. This includes name, email address, contact information and company. We will use this information only for your particular claims or requests. To protect your personal data, the transmission/transfer is coded by a common encryption method. We will retain your personal data for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this statement or the statutory warranty obligations are fulfilled. The legal basis for the processing of general enquiries is your consent in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 lit a GDPR. In the case of inquiries about contracts or in the context of contract initiation, the legal basis is Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 lit. b GDPR. The legal basis for inquiries about data protection is Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 lit. c GDPR. Submitting the form constitutes your consent to the processing of the data.
Application
If you are interested in a job opening and send us your application via email, we collect any data you submit to us with your application documents (e.g. certificates, CV, etc.). We use your personal data solely for the purpose of selecting a suitable employee within the scope of the application process. For this purpose, the data you have provided us with is recorded and processed in our email and HR systems. The data processing is based on pre-contractual measures according to Art. 6 (1) b GDPR. We store this data for up to 3 months after the end of the application process. After that, the data will be deleted. The storage of data can be extended on a case-by-case basis to enforce legal claims, defend against possible legal claims, or due to legal obligations. There is no legal or contractual obligation on your part to provide data as part of the application process according to Art. 13 Para. 2 e). However, your application may be rejected by us due to incomplete information. In this case, we will inform you and delete your data. Disclosure of your data to third parties does not occur unless there is a legal obligation to transmit the data. This processing is based on Art. 6 (1) c GDPR and in connection with the respective order or legal obligation to which we are subject on a case-by-case basis. Categories of recipients of the data are public authorities in the event of a legal obligation, HR personnel and decision-makers in our company.
